What you'll do

• Lead staff and oversee assigned nursing care areas during shifts
• deploy staff using the established staffing grid and make patient assignments
• make administrative decisions and notify the administrator on call and Vice President/CNO
• support quality nursing services and regulatory compliance
• manage nursing policies and procedures
• participate in patient-care, safety, quality, and performance committees
• support staffing levels and survey readiness.
