What you'll do

• Travel with a physician to scheduled residential visits
• maintain assigned medical supplies and technology
• prepare patients and perform vital signs, venipuncture, specimen collection, routine injections, and accuchecks as ordered
• label and package specimens
• update patient information and document ordered services in the EMR
• follow CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA requirements
• assist with minor surgeries and examinations
• communicate with patients and caregivers
• maintain confidentiality.
