What you'll do

• Clean property areas, sidewalks, common areas, restrooms, floors, entrances, and walkways
• sweep, mop, dust, and wipe surfaces
• disinfect high-touch areas
• remove garbage and debris
• assist with outdoor cleaning and general property maintenance
• use cleaning equipment and supplies safely
• follow cleaning procedures and standards
• report safety hazards or maintenance concerns
• maintain a clean and safe environment for visitors, tenants, and employees.
