What you'll do

• Integrate operational events, service impacts, and system metrics from monitoring tools
• build dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• collect, clean, transform, and organize data from databases, APIs, streaming services, and files
• build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines
• implement data validation and quality checks
• automate repetitive tasks
• troubleshoot pipeline and reporting issues
• collaborate with stakeholders to develop scalable data solutions
• document systems and workflows
• use Git and present technical findings.
