What you'll do

• Manage project lifecycle, procurement, subcontracts, and closeout for HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet metal scopes
• manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• forecast costs and maintain WIP reporting
• coordinate schedules with field superintendents
• lead owner and contractor meetings
• coordinate BIM and prefab workflows
• and mentor project engineers.
