The Senior Technical Program Manager, Manufacturing Capacity role is onsite in Fremont, CA. The base salary range is $193,000–$231,000 per year. The position supports Zoox’s Advanced Hardware Manufacturing Operations team, developing capacity for hardware assemblies used on its autonomous vehicle platform. The role drives complex manufacturing capacity upgrades and expansion from early concepts through commissioning. By coordinating engineering teams, equipment integrators, and other partners, the program manager helps establish production capacity for critical subassemblies across current and next-generation vehicle platforms.

What you'll do

• Plan, engineer, and execute manufacturing facility upgrades and production-line implementation.
• Serve as the technical liaison to equipment integrators and engineering partners, managing relationships, schedules, and deliverables.
• Develop project-level RASICs and coordinate across Manufacturing, Hardware, Facilities, Program Management, and Supply Chain.
• Prepare updates for department, steering-team, and leadership meetings.
• Own integrated schedules from design through installation and commissioning, track CapEx budgets, and address critical-path risks.
