Account Support Representative

What you'll do

• Serve as a customer contact by phone and email and record activities in the ERP system
• receive, enter, and manage new-product and maintenance orders
• coordinate with internal stakeholders on order, pricing, and lead-time information
• participate in sales and marketing campaigns
• assist with account questions.
