The Lead Catering Cook is an onsite role in Golden, CO; pay is $23–$25 per hour. The position supports a catering kitchen producing food for catered events and delivery menus.

What you'll do

• Lead daily preparation and high-volume production, use a range of cooking techniques, maintain prep lists and production schedules, uphold food safety and sanitation standards, and coordinate with the culinary team for event execution. The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
• occasional overtime may be available during busy event periods.
