The attorney leads a litigation pod and oversees case strategy, client relationships, work quality, and team development. The role handles complex litigation from assessment through resolution or trial while providing practical business advice and supervising and mentoring junior attorneys and legal staff.

What you'll do

• Develop and oversee litigation strategy from case assessment through resolution or trial
• manage client relationships, communication, budgets, and practical counseling
• develop discovery strategy
• draft and review substantive motions and briefs
• argue motions and contested hearings
• handle temporary restraining order and injunction proceedings
• take and defend depositions
• lead settlement negotiations and mediations
• participate in trial preparation and trial
• delegate, supervise, and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff.
