What you'll do

• Process weekly and monthly payroll
• audit time records, earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits
• maintain payroll records
• resolve payroll questions and discrepancies
• process garnishments and other adjustments
• assist with year-end W-2 preparation and reconciliation. Administer union payroll and remittance reporting, prevailing-wage and certified-payroll compliance, payroll reconciliations and reports, and audit documentation.
