Senior Treasury Analyst

Senior Treasury Analyst is an onsite role in Charlotte, NC. The base pay range is $70,000 to $120,000 per year, and the position is eligible for an annual incentive plan. The role supports Ally's Corporate Treasury Capital Management function and business partners. The analyst leads complex capital analyses and workstreams, supporting regulatory capital planning, forecasting, stress testing, governance, and senior management reporting. The work helps Ally assess capital impacts, meet regulatory and internal requirements, and inform strategic capital decisions.

What you'll do

• Execute regulatory capital planning, forecasting, and stress testing
• lead analyses for Basel III Endgame implementation, including risk-weighted asset and capital impacts
• support governance of forecasts and stress testing outputs
• coordinate inputs across Treasury, Finance, Risk, Technology, and other teams
• prepare executive and Board materials
• support regulatory, audit, and internal review requests
• monitor capital metrics and regulatory developments
• improve capital processes, controls, documentation, data analysis, and reporting.
