The Pastor/Director of Youth and Young Adults is an onsite, full-time role in Melbourne Beach, FL, with annual compensation of $45,000–$65,000. What you'll do

• Lead youth ministry for students in grades 7–12 and the Young Adult Ministry
• plan and lead gatherings, small groups, outreach, retreats, camps, service projects, and missions
• mentor students and young adults
• recruit and equip volunteers and young leaders
• build relationships with parents
• maintain safe ministry practices
• collaborate with church staff
• manage ministry budgets, calendars, registrations, and communications.
