What you'll do

• Answer calls and inquiries
• route and escalate client needs
• welcome visitors and guide them through the collection
• maintain showroom presentation
• coordinate appointments and meeting preparation
• monitor samples and supplies
• support events and presentations
• assist with scheduling, follow-up, documents, shipments, and CRM updates
• maintain client and project information
• develop product and lighting-industry knowledge.
