The Registered Nurse (RN) – Per Diem Home Care position is based in Framingham, MA, with patient care provided in patients’ homes. Compensation is up to $160 per visit. What you'll do

• Provide skilled nursing treatments and interventions
• administer ordered medications and treatments
• monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition
• educate patients and caregivers about medications, treatments, disease management, and safety
• provide wound care and other skilled nursing services as appropriate
• complete accurate and timely electronic documentation.
