Financial Case Manager

What you'll do

• Provide case management, service planning, referrals, entitlement support, individual counseling, and documentation
• assist with housing, lease, landlord, rent, and benefits matters
• conduct site visits and monthly fire safety inspections as required
• coordinate representative payee services and SSA documentation
• monitor rent payments and arrears in NetSuite
• provide budgeting and financial literacy support
• participate in meetings
• and provide crisis intervention, including 24/7 cell phone coverage.
