What you'll do

• Diagnose hardware and software issues across computers, phones, tablets, and game consoles
• perform approved repairs
• install, update, and configure operating systems and applications
• test devices before and after service
• document findings, work, recommendations, and approvals
• recommend repair, upgrade, protection, or replacement options
• follow data-security procedures
• assist with customer calls, walk-ins, check-ins, and pickups
• maintain parts, tools, and workspaces
• continue technical training.
