What you'll do

• Advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational structure, employee relations, performance, and manager coaching
• conduct or coordinate workplace investigations
• support onboarding, talent reviews, succession planning, and internal mobility
• develop people-focused change plans
• use workforce data to recommend actions
• partner with HR teams
• provide day-to-day oversight and coaching to HR Generalist team members.
