What you'll do

• Own and prioritize the product roadmap across channels
• develop business cases and evaluate product and partnership opportunities
• lead and develop product management and development staff
• establish repeatable processes and documentation
• diagnose resourcing and execution gaps
• partner with Operations, IT, Marketing, Sales, Program Management, and Finance
• represent Product in planning and reviews
• present recommendations and connect product decisions to revenue, margin, and customer intimacy.
