What you'll do

• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and monitor the Front Desk and hotel entrance
• answer and dispatch calls and maintain radio contact
• keep daily activity logs and incident reports
• check identification and open secured areas for authorized personnel
• assist guests with room access and escorts
• investigate guest-related thefts, accidents, and assault complaints
• respond to alarms and monitor CCTV if applicable
• conduct safety rounds
• assist during medical emergencies with first aid, CPR, or Heimlich maneuver as necessary.
