What you'll do

• Lead the planned maintenance sales department and pursue revenue, margin, and agreement targets
• develop sales strategies and team goals
• coach sales staff and review pipelines
• develop new business and customer relationships
• oversee maintenance agreement scope, pricing, renewals, and quality
• review proposals and CRM records
• coordinate with service operations and technical teams
• track sales metrics and forecasts
• support customer retention and account growth.
