Physical Therapist - PRN/Pool. This is an onsite position in Tucson, AZ. Compensation is not specified. Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Northwest Tucson is a growing national inpatient rehabilitation leader. The purpose of this role is to provide direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy, supporting their rehabilitation journey and witnessing their progress. The Physical Therapist will build meaningful relationships with patients and contribute to their physical, mental, and emotional recovery.

What you'll do

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
• Celebrating every victory along the way.

What we're looking for

Education

Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.

Experience

Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
