What you'll do

• Plan, organize, develop, and supervise nursing activities on a 40-bed long-term unit
• assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• support quality and safe resident care
• assist with nursing service oversight, regulatory compliance, staffing and supplies, unit rounds, complaint handling, customer service, and weekly unit and staff meetings
• monitor unit function.
