This newly created role develops and maintains the Foundation's governance and statutory compliance program. It helps the organization meet Florida Statute 720 requirements, identify and address compliance gaps, and support transparency and accountability for the community.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain a compliance register and framework for applicable Florida Statute 720 requirements
• audit current practices and document compliance status and gaps
• develop remediation plans, policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures
• recommend workflow improvements
• train staff and Board members
• establish recurring audits and monitoring
• track corrective actions and statutory deadlines
• prepare and present an annual compliance report to the Board.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of HOA governance, compliance, or regulatory oversight experience, including expert-level knowledge of Florida Statute 720. A JD, master's degree, or paralegal certification or experience is a plus.
