What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and other daily needs
• support transfers, repositioning, walking, and mobility
• obtain and document vital signs
• complete safety checks
• communicate changes to the nursing team
• follow infection-control practices, care plans, and facility policies
• collaborate with residents, families, nurses, and team members.
