What you'll do

• Load and unload trailers
• handle goods and equipment to prevent damage
• sort and label skids and place them in designated locations
• count inventory against bills of lading, manifests, or packing slips
• assist drivers with loading and unloading
• inspect forklifts daily
• maintain dock housekeeping
• stack and secure goods safely
• submit reports and information promptly
• follow safe freight-handling and lifting procedures.
