What you'll do

• Facilitate clinic change while supporting organizational messaging and staff morale
• lead front office teams by modeling the organization’s mission, vision, values, policies, and procedures
• and assist the Regional Manager with staff scheduling, onboarding, training, community and clinic events, and equipment maintenance.
