The CDL Driver - Swing is an onsite role based in Dale, WI. This role exists to safely operate one or more vehicle types, including Front End, Roll Off, and Residential trucks, utilizing various collection methods to service customers. The driver delivers collected solid waste or recyclables to landfills, MRFs, or transfer stations while maintaining high safety and operational standards.

What you'll do

• Operate one or more vehicle types with both automatic and standard transmission to collect solid waste, yard waste, and/or recyclables.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip safety lane inspections and reports.
• Communicate vehicle mechanical problems to mechanics and supervisors immediately.
• Perform extra or special pick-ups as needed.
