What you'll do

• Create and post SAP ledger vouchers for customs entry payments
• reconcile payment records against carrier and broker invoices with guidance as needed
• maintain audit and compliance documentation
• request and review freight quotes
• assist with shipment scheduling and tracking
• communicate with carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to resolve shipping issues
• prepare commercial invoices and USMCA certificates of origin for qualifying exports
• support import/export compliance recordkeeping
• coordinate with Procurement, Logistics/Operations, and Finance/Accounting.
