Grounds Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Grounds Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Asheboro, NC, with a Monday–Friday base schedule of 7:00 AM–4:30 PM and weekends as needed. Pay is $20–$26 per hour, plus overtime. The role involves outdoor work at construction sites and requires travel, mostly local, with rare overnight stays. The technician maintains grounds at assigned sites through mowing, weed control, and debris removal, using company-provided equipment and a truck while meeting weekly site goals and working safely in all seasons.
