What you'll do

• Lead facility renovation, tenant improvement, infrastructure upgrade, and relocation projects
• develop scopes, budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and execution plans
• coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• track budgets, schedules, change orders, and contractor performance
• conduct site walks, inspections, punch-list reviews, and turnover
• review architectural, MEP, structural, and utility drawings
• support permitting and code compliance
• oversee facility infrastructure and building systems
• coordinate installation, commissioning, startup, and qualification of systems
• maintain facility drawings, P&IDs, SOPs, and equipment records
• support safety, contamination control, audits, and regulatory inspections.
