They coordinate with the child’s care team, support education and appointments, maintain required records, and follow the child’s plan and applicable Colorado requirements.
What you'll do
- Provide a safe, stable, welcoming home
- meet the child’s physical, emotional, developmental, behavioral, and social needs
- provide supervision, structure, routines, and boundaries
- support relationships, life skills, confidence, and independence
- support school attendance
- coordinate and attend appointments
- administer or support medications when trained and authorized
- maintain required records
- communicate changes and progress
- collaborate with families, schools, clinicians, caseworkers, and other professionals
- support family connections and permanency goals as directed
- maintain confidentiality and follow Colorado requirements and agency policies.
