What you'll do

• Direct GAAP close cycles
• manage standard costs, work in process, inventory valuation, and variance analysis
• lead budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure ROI analysis
• own Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations processes
• manage multi-state tax compliance and external audits
• oversee full-cycle payroll
• guide HR policies.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in management, and hands-on manufacturing cost accounting experience. CPA, Dynamics 365, and aviation or regulated aerospace manufacturing experience are preferred.
