The Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) - Initial License Trainee role is an onsite position based in Clinton, IA. Compensation is specified as $159,000.00 to $182,000.00 per year, supporting the Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station. This role exists to train and prepare candidates to perform the duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor. Upon successful completion of the Initial License Training (ILT) program, the candidate will be fully licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to supervise licensed activities in the reactor control room and oversee bargaining unit reactor and equipment operators.

What you'll do

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) including classroom training, examination, and on-the-job training.
• Successfully complete all phases of training to obtain an SRO license.
• Perform job assignments as directed by management, including emergency response, departmental coverage, and outage support.
