RN Supervisor - Home Care (Part-time)

Provide supervision, guidance, and evaluations to assigned private duty and home care staff. Complete routine field visits with current patients and field evaluations for new referrals. Oversee the implementation and ongoing assessment of the patient's plan of care through management of RNs and other staff. Ensure accurate evaluation and develop comprehensive care plans.
