What you'll do

• Monitor patient flow, access, throughput, scheduling efficiency, clinical capacity, and operational bottlenecks
• develop improvement plans
• ensure appropriate staffing and consistent workflows
• monitor incidents, safety concerns, and operational risks
• support policy and regulatory adherence
• lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention
• develop managers and supervisors
• monitor workforce trends
• implement new programs, services, locations, technologies, and initiatives
• conduct operational reviews
• escalate significant concerns
• travel between practice locations as necessary.
