What you'll do

• Lead product design and development from concept through launch
• translate market and customer requirements into manufacturable designs
• manage prototyping, testing, validation, and regulatory support
• prepare design plans, documentation, reviews, risk analyses, specifications, bills of materials, and work instructions
• validate tooling and fixtures
• support root-cause investigations and corrective actions
• collaborate with manufacturing, customers, marketing, sales, quality, and regulatory teams
• mentor engineers
• support continuous improvement and production issue resolution.
