What you'll do

• Lead maintenance of equipment, utilities, refrigeration, boilers, wastewater, and facility systems
• manage preventive and predictive maintenance, work orders, SOPs, and planning
• develop budgets and monitor KPIs
• oversee capital projects and installations
• manage inventory, purchasing, and vendors
• ensure regulatory and food-safety compliance
• serve on the plant HACCP Team
• maintain records and reports.
