Account Manager

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary customer contact and advocate
• build relationships with clients and internal teams
• coordinate follow-up across Sales, Project Management, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics
• monitor orders and provide shipping updates
• process orders and handle returns, exchanges, and escalations
• lead backlog and operations reviews
• maintain customer, inventory, tariff, and SharePoint records
• forecast demand and report on service metrics, inventory, billing, and open orders.
