The Shift Leader leads restaurant operations during an assigned shift, coordinating the team and working alongside them to maintain fast, accurate service and high-quality food. The role also supports coaching, guest care, and a clean, stocked, and safe restaurant.

What you'll do

• Organize the team and communicate shift priorities
• maintain fast and accurate in-person and digital orders
• coach team members and provide feedback
• keep the restaurant clean, stocked, safe, and ready for service
• handle guest concerns
• complete daily shift responsibilities and work at stations as needed
• coordinate with kitchen leadership on fresh-food supply.
