What you'll do

• Own observability strategy across logs, metrics, traces, events, and digital experience monitoring
• establish enterprise service definitions, support models, standards, and adoption expectations
• influence architecture and lead engineering for telemetry pipelines
• lead event detection, correlation, enrichment, noise reduction, and automated response
• support AIOps and automation-first alerting, remediation, and routing
• partner with architecture, platform, and cloud engineering teams
• lead tool selection, roadmap, and vendor management
• lead and develop the enterprise observability services team and mentor engineers.
