Events Strategy Program Manager

The Events Strategy Program Manager is an onsite, full-time position in Arlington, VA. The anticipated base salary range is $100,000–$150,000 per year, with possible additional bonus compensation. The role is part of Stand Together’s Development team, supporting high-impact in-person experiences that deepen partner relationships and advance fundraising outcomes. The program manager builds and operates systems for event intake, approvals, scheduling, execution, and evaluation. By coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, and turning post-event insights into recommendations, the role helps improve the organization’s event portfolio and its ability to convene partners effectively.

What you'll do

• Manage in-person experiences from intake through execution and debrief
• run intake and approval workflows
• coordinate steering committees for complex events
• oversee the year-round calendar and resolve scheduling or resource conflicts
• track status, owners, and deadlines
• coordinate post-event reviews and follow-up evaluations
• equip partnership advisors with insights
• recommend process and tooling improvements.
