Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor

The Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor role is onsite in Sarasota, FL. Compensation is $40–$44 per hour. The supervisor works under the direction of the Director of Nursing to oversee nursing activities and resident care. The role coordinates nursing personnel and care delivery during assigned shifts, helping maintain quality care and compliance with professional standards and applicable regulations. The supervisor also provides or assists with direct resident care when needed.

What you'll do

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery
• review and update care plans
• assess residents on admission and as conditions change
• conduct rounds to evaluate resident status and needs
• provide or assist with direct resident care, including activities of daily living, meal support, medication and treatment administration, and leisure activities as appropriate.
