The Room Attendant role is onsite at Albert Hotel in Fredericksburg, TX. Compensation is $18 per hour. What you'll do

• Clean guest rooms according to standard operating procedures and complete room checklists
• replenish towels, water, and bathroom supplies
• sanitize high-touch items daily
• report rooms needing maintenance and correct deficiencies
• assist with mattress rotation, window washing, and deep cleaning
• greet guests and provide a genuine welcome
• know guest services and amenities
• respond to guest comments and concerns and inform a supervisor as needed
• maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety.
