Accounts Receivable Clerk

What you'll do

• Create process documentation
• apply wire, ACH, and check payments in multiple currencies
• reconcile corporate general ledger and bank accounts
• audit customer payments
• ensure discounts and taxes are applied
• work with the processing bank to obtain payment information or return funds
• resolve unsupported cash receipts with customers and employees
• provide feedback on accounting accuracy and efficiency
• support month-end reporting.
