The Licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper role is primarily onsite and office- and field-based in Boca Raton or Port St. Lucie, FL. Compensation varies by experience and responsibility: $75,000–$90,000 for office-based survey production, $90,000–$120,000+ for crew management and oversight, with an approximate $150,000 cap; overtime is paid at time and a half. The firm supports active development and construction surveying projects in South Florida. The surveyor produces boundary, topographic, and land-title survey deliverables and ensures technical accuracy and regulatory compliance. Depending on experience, the role may also oversee field crews and coordinate project execution across multiple active assignments.

What you'll do

• Prepare boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS land title surveys
• interpret utility as-built documentation
• plot and analyze land descriptions
• review title commitments and Table A items
• use AutoCAD Civil 3D and electronic survey equipment
• research boundary and title matters
• ensure accuracy and compliance
• oversee field crews when applicable
• coordinate with field teams and support construction layout and platting.
