What you'll do

• Lead U.S. environmental compliance programs
• represent Agropur in environmental forums and regulatory engagements
• advise EHS leadership on priorities, risks, trends, and corrective actions
• supervise assigned environmental and process safety resources
• develop and maintain environmental management systems
• ensure compliance with permitting, reporting, inspections, and corrective actions
• support emergency preparedness, emissions reduction, waste minimization, resource efficiency, EHS audits, and OSHA process safety management for ammonia refrigeration systems
• communicate with regulatory agencies and facility teams.
