What you'll do

• Manage renovation, MEP, and lighting replacement projects in occupied facilities
• serve as liaison among clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• coordinate schedules, logistics, budgets, and construction activities
• review construction documents, submittals, schedules, and change orders
• monitor quality, safety, code compliance, and contract requirements
• conduct site visits and provide status updates
• support commissioning and project closeout.
