Director of Civil Engineering

The Director of Civil Engineering is a hybrid position located in Dallas, TX, with a salary range of $110,000–$170,000 per year. This role supports the land development division at Silverman & Light. This role exists to spearhead the land development division and steer multidisciplinary teams through complex urban and suburban development projects. The Director contributes to the team by providing strategic leadership, mentoring engineers, and ensuring technical excellence in all project deliverables.

What you'll do

• Steer planning and design of land development projects, oversee project lifecycles, mentor engineers and EITs, lead preparation of construction documents, act as technical liaison for clients, and implement quality control protocols.
