What you'll do

• Partner with facility leadership, sales, and regional management to oversee business
• Gain knowledge in facility operations, core products, and installation techniques
• Assist in growing market share by partnering with and selling to commercial consumers
• Interact with procurement, community management, and project management professionals
• Complete training consistent with established program
• Support business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety, loss prevention, and security
• Support employee training and development
• Respond to and resolve customer complaints.
