The role supports TISHCO Properties’ apartment community operations and its mission to improve quality of life at home. The Property Manager oversees daily apartment community operations, including resident satisfaction and retention, leasing, move-ins and move-outs, financial management, compliance, maintenance coordination, and marketing and leasing effectiveness. The position may supervise staff and works to ensure the community meets TISHCO’s quality standards.
